The Leverkusen Partnership for Crisis and Change Management was founded in 2006 by the three partners: Christof Coninx, Hans-Werner Kany and Michael Koschare.
The partnership advises and supports companies and associations on strategic, material and organizational questions of their corporate development – especially in critical situations.
With the expertise we have gathered over many years, focusing mainly on the areas of chemicals, petroleum, energy, shipping, building materials and regionally-operating companies, we counsel, coach and qualify managerial staff and other personnel. The optimization of their performance in times of change and crisis within companies, in the market and in society is our top priority.
To ensure purposeful and sustainable corporate development we develop efficient concepts and systems for crisis and change management as well as strategic and tactical approaches aimed at the successful achievement of corporate goals. With the optimal positioning of corporate policy and a credible presentation of the personalities in connection with their programmes, we support positive corporate development.
In the practical implementation of concepts and systems we advise our clients and, on request, manage the projects involved.
The partnership has special expertise in the areas of crisis and emergency management. Here, in addition to our continuously further-developed systematic approach, which takes into account both prophylaxis and post-processing as well as the incident itself, we also offer operative assistance in the actual situation. The objective is to satisfy the requirements of internal and external interest groups professionally, quickly and with strategic competence.
If necessary, our experienced support team is supplemented by experienced specialists with whom we have been cooperating for many years.
